BERLIN, Md. – June 17, 2020 – Delmarva Veteran Builders (DVB), the region’s only commercial construction firm dedicated to bringing employment to U.S. Armed Forces Veterans, announced it has been hired to construct the new 7-Eleven convenience store in Berlin, MD.

The new age designed building is set to break ground the first week of July and will be located on the corner of Route 50 East and Samuel Bowen Boulevard. The 4,600 square foot building will include a separate 800 square foot car wash.

It has been a real pleasure working with Core Acquisitions, a real estate development company based out of Chicago, IL, on the development of 7-Eleven in Berlin, MD. Nearly 50% of the U.S. population lives within 1 mile of a 7-Eleven and we are thrilled to be part of their continued growth.

For 93 years, 7-Eleven has been on the cutting edge of major trends across the convenience store industry. They were first to launch self-serve soda stations, the Iconic Big Gulp, 24/7 stores, coffee to go cups and self-serve gas pumps. Additionally, they have a growing list of new technological advances that will make your visit to a 7-Eleven faster and more customer friendly. This is an exciting time for their franchise, and we look forward to our continued relationship with 7-Eleven and Core Acquisitions.
