SALISBURY, MD. – June 10th, 2020 – Delmarva Veteran Builders (DVB), the region’s only commercial construction firm dedicated to bringing employment to U.S. Armed Forces Veterans, announced the addition of superintendent Nick Lane.

Nick Lane began working for DVB at the beginning of the pandemic in late March. He grew up in Virginia Beach where he loved surfing and skateboarding. In 2002, he joined the United States Air Force as a member of the 552nd EMS (Equipment Maintenance Squadron) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After leaving the military, he started his career in construction in the plumbing field which led him to pursue large scale mechanical plumbing. He received his medical gas installer and brazing license while working on a project at PRMC and later became a construction foreman for a project at Salisbury University.

He first became a superintendent in 2017, spending two years traveling across the country, building for various national clients before joining the DVB team. 

Nick is excited to marry his fiancé, Allison Levdansky, this coming October. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling and chilling, golf, disc golf, softball, and wood working. Nick says he still gets on a skateboard every now and then, but admits he’s not as agile as he used to be.
